We will need volunteers:

    • Saturday, January 24th - 12pm - 3pm - Event Work Day
    • Wednesday, January 28th - 6:30pm - 9:00pm - Event Set Up
    • Thursday, January 29th - 9-11am - Event Set Up
    • Thursday, January 29th - 11-1pm - Lunch Event
    • Thursday, January 29th - 1-3:30pm - Event Reset
    • Thursday, January 29th - 5:30 - 7:30 - Dinner Event

All volunteer opportunities are located in the Community Life Center (CLC) at Asbury Church.

There is NO cost to volunteer.  Our wonderful Balcony Women donors have made this event possible.  Network for Good allows you the opportunity to donate, but it is NOT required.  As you finish registering to volunteer, the site will say "continue to payment" but you will NOT be asked for your payment information unless you are planning to donate.  Just click through until your registration is complete.  You will receive a conformation email.

The church has asked that anyone working in the kitchen to go online and take the FREE volunteer food handler’s test.  The test is very short, and you can count the time as volunteer hours.  The test takes about 15 minutes.  They will give you some information then you answer a few questions about the information presented.  They will ask you where you plan to volunteer.  Asbury Church 6767 S Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK. 74133.

 Upon completion of the course, you will be able to print your volunteer permit. The volunteer permit must be available whenever working in volunteer capacity. There is no cost to complete THD’s online volunteer training. Please check out the study guides if needed.

We are recruiting volunteers for our Widow Dinners! 

We host 660 widows twice a year for lunch, dinner, inspiration, and community. We need volunteers to help with prep work, set up, and the event. High school students can earn volunteer hours. Click here to be added to our volunteer email list.  Volunteer needs will be emailed prior to each event.
